In Patients

Patients who have been referred to our care by the Health Service Executive (HSE) under the NTPF programme should call the following number to book their HSE funded appointment: 048 9073 5226 OR simply click here to book their appointment online

Kingsbridge Private Hospital offers its in-patients a unique benefit as it offers mainly single patient rooms which allow for privacy, comfort and significantly reduces the spread of hospital acquired infections.

Only 1 room is available with 2 beds and this room will only be used if all other rooms are occupied. All rooms have telephones and satellite television.

We strive to see patients at a Pre Admission Clinic prior to their surgical procedure.  This appointment will discuss what to expect when you come for your procedure and information on your follow up care on discharge.  Prior to admission patients receive a letter from their consultant.

What you need to know prior to admission:

We advise that all patients check their insurance policies in advance of the procedure. Depending on Insurance cover some additional payments are due upon admission.  Patients are also asked to bring their insurance membership card and other relevant insurance details.

All patients are advised to park in the car park at no charge and report to the main reception   The admissions office is located on the ground floor of the hospital. Staff at the reception area will direct you to the Admissions area.  Admission times to attend the hospital will be issued directly by your consultant.  It is important that you arrive at the specified time. We ask that you check with your consultant as to any specific preparation which may be required for your procedure.

What to bring:

  • Pyjamas or night dress
  • Dressing Gown and slippers
  • For patients having an orthopaedic procedure please bring runners or well fitted shoes
  • Toiletries (soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, brush, tissues etc)
